Gina Trimarco is on a mission "to make Mondays worth smiling about." As a high-energy keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and business coach, she helps organizations and individuals break free from the status quo and step into a “Let’s Go” mindset, driving engagement, innovation, and results. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, and people management, Gina brings humor, strategy, and real-world insights to transform workplace cultures and boost performance.
A serial entrepreneur, Gina founded Carolina Improv Company, a renowned improv comedy theater and school (est. 2008), and Carmine Communications (formerly Pivot10 Results), an organizational development firm specializing in leadership, organizational health, and workplace culture transformation. Her ability to fuse business strategy with the principles of improvisation has made her a go-to expert for companies seeking to enhance agility, communication, and team performance.
Beyond the stage and boardroom, Gina is the co-author of the international best-selling book Ignite Your Courage and is currently working on her next book, The New Choice Effect, set to launch in late 2025. She also produces and hosts two influential podcasts, The Pivotal Leader and Women Your Mother Warned You About, where she shares insights from top leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry disruptors.
A Chicago native, Gina holds a degree from DePaul University and trained at The Second City Conservatory, mastering the art of improv both on stage and in business. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University, deepening her expertise in leadership development and organizational psychology.
Fun Facts
A proud "50-something" newlywed, Gina now calls Myrtle Beach home, where she lives with her husband and stepson, both of whom have successfully turned her into a Star Wars nerd and a pretend sports enthusiast. Though her married surname is Klauder, she remains known in the business world by her "stage name," Trimarco.
